Had some veins on my face and Tessa used a heat treatment to zap them. Uncomfortable, but not painful, and Tessa was so good to pause if I needed a break. She was knowledgeable and took her time to get each one. I’m excited to see the results that will take a few weeks to see. I’ve scheduled the touch up appt in 4 weeks to get anything that’s left over. Very pleased with the office staff and procedure and so happy I finally did this. It’s been bothering me for years and I finally did it. Wish I would have done it sooner.

I would definitely give Dr Wang and his entire staff 10 stars if I could. Everyone is so kind and professional from the moment you walk in till you leave. Dr Wang explains exactly what he’s doing during each procedure, which really puts you at ease. All the procedures were completely tolerable and actually pain free for me.Many years ago I had gone to another vein facility, I felt like I was in an assembly line there, and the doctor never stepped foot in the procedure room, until the “techs” were done with the procedure, then he would check things over.Miller Vein is the best experience I have encountered. I asked my primary doctor to direct me to a clinic for my varicose veins. He recommended Miller Vein. I was nervous & had second thoughts & postponed the initial appointment until cool weather in November. I required five visits 15 to 45 minutes each to take care of my needs. They worked with my schedule to complete my visits before the end of the year. They took time to ensure I was comfortable both physically & mentally.

10 years ago, I went to a highly advertised “spa” to have my varicose veins treated. It was horrible experience. I waited hours to be seen and when I was finally seen and the staff was very unprofessional and disconnected. I had one leg treated and had horrible pain, a lot of bruising and swelling. I chose not to go back.10 years later, I decided to research another vein center because my veins were getting worse. I found Miller Vein’s website. All of the doctors are board certified Interventional radiologists. So I made my consultation appointment. The office followed Covid protocol. There was no one in the waiting room and I was immediately taken back for a comprehensive ultrasound. Dr Bischoff meet with me after the ultrasound and explained in detail, the procedures I would need to treat my veins.I was going to need 4 different treatments. I was scheduled for all 4 treatments to be completed in 2 weeks. For every appointment, I was immediately called up to the office and taken right back to a room. I was prepped right away and Dr. Bischoff came right in and treated my legs. The staff was amazing. They were very friendly and efficient. Dr Bischoff made me feel very comfortable with casual conversation. I could tell the office staff were like family with each other.I did not have any of the pain I like I had with the treatment I had done 10 years ago. I did not have any swelling.
