Over the past several years, I’ve visited Miller Vein in Dearborn to treat spider veins. I have had a wonderful experience each time. The staff is courteous and helpful. I was at every visit I had at Miller Vein. I was welcomed by the receptionist who knew my name. I was always called into the examination rooms a couple of minutes BEFORE my appointment time. The techicians and Dr. Lulenski explained every procedure in a very technical vocabulary that I understood. There was no doubt that I knew what was going to happen.The entire staff was friendly, courteous, and professional. The outer office was small and one person ahead of me took so much of the receptionist’s time. 10-15 minutes. So I wasn’t sure how the visit would go.But I was pleasantly surprised. Carol, the nurse, got me right in for a repeat ultrasound when I was having pain issues from a procedure & Ciara was gentle with me when she administered it. Ciara also explained the ultrasound results to me and was helpful in letting me know how things were going and what to expect down the road.

I have had varicose veins for years in both legs. I avoided treatment because I thought the Post procedure recovery process would be too restrictive. Boy was I wrong. I’ve had both legs done over the last 2 1/2 weeks and the results were amazing. My legs no longer swell up and the really big veins are all but gone. The procedures are minimally invasive and you are encouraged to get on your feet and walk immediately. Dr. Lulenski did an excellent job with each procedure and answered all my questions and concerns. The staff in Dearborn were excellent and are dedicated to their patients success. This was a great place. I went in and filled out paperwork throughout the process. They explained everything that they were going to do. They were very efficient. Got it all done. I spoke with the doctor and this the nurse who had actually had conversation with writing up in the elevator not knowing she was who she was. Great. Everyone was awesome, from the front desk to the ultrasound. Very positive about any concerns I had which put my mind to ease. At first I was concerned when the office in Monroe closed because that’s where I would go for my care. So when I found out I had to go to Dearborn I was wondering what the people there would be like. To my surprise when I walked in I saw a lot of familiar faces which made me very comfortable to be there. I am almost done with my VeinErase treatments and I can’t say enough about how pleased I am with the results, I always covered my legs, even when I was sitting at a pool and now I may actually wear shorts again! I searched for a place to get sclerotherapy done on my legs and saw the Dearborn Miller Vein clinic had many 5 Star reviews and raving compliments about the staff. So I knew this was the place. Today I went in and got my first session and couldn't be more happy with the time and care Cindy and her wonderful assistant work on my legs. I've had sclerotherapy done in the past other places in the past, but this is the least painful sclerotherapy injections I have ever gotten. Cindy is amazing! If you're thinking about getting unattractive spider veins removed, I highly recommend this place. The entire staff is very nice and welcoming as well, just like all the other reviewers mentioned. I was pretty nervous to have this procedure completed, but was greeted in the lobby by Nichole, who assured me that I was in good hands. That was the truth. From the initial ultrasound and picture assessment to the last follow up appointment, I was fortunate enough to meet the entire the staff - Ciara, Paula, Marci, Leslie and Alahna who were very professional and caring. This is a great place to get a vein ablated. Dr Lulenski, Carol, Nichole, Ciara, Paula, Leslie, Marci and Alana were all true professionals but also very kind. It was the perfect experience thanks to all of them. I would not consider any place else.

I had procedures done on both legs in December of 2019. Treatment was wonderful, follow up care was excellent. But even more importantly I felt I may have a problem today (6/25/20). Carol was able to get me in, Paula completed the ultra sound and DR. Lu reviewed the results with me. All during the Pandemic. Glad I choose Miller Vein and Dr. Lu.

I had a RUSH ultra sound done on my leg today by Paula at the Dearborn location. I can’t say enough wonderful things about my experience. I walked in and was greeted by the nicest woman D’Lon, she was very professional and so helpful. During my procedure, Paula kept me informed of what she was doing and what she was looking for, which made me feel comfortable. The office and waiting room is very clean, the fresh coffee was a nice touch. Both women went above and beyond to make sure I understood everything and even called my doctor so he had immediate results. Excellent staff and doctor. I had to have a procedure done on my vein inside the office, I was nervous but they made me feel at home. The procedure went so quickly and pain free. Very happy with the service I recieved.

The staff at Miller Vein are very friendly and helpful at both the Monroe and Dearborn locations. Dr Lulenski explained my condition and what needed to be done to correct it. They were great about following up with me throughout the entire process. I highly recommend them! Very nice people and make the entire process pleasant.

I had some nasty varicose veins on my lower left leg removed by Dr. Lu and staff. I still have some small scars but overall the improvement was dramatic. Everything happened just as they told me it would. The procedure was entirely painless, took some ibuprofen for about a week to get past some of the soreness. Shout out to Marci, Ciara, Leslie, Carol, and Dr. Lu, thanks for making this so easy.

I have visited Miller Vein on several occasions. Each time the staff is pleasant and polite. Wait time is minimal, which is something of rarity for doctor's office. I do not hesitate to recommend Miller Vein to others.

I had a very positive experience at Miller Vein today. The entire staff are very friendly, professional and helpful. I got an appointment quickly which I very much appreciated and a very short wait before being seen once I reached the office. Everything was explained well, with time for me to ask questions. The staff are very considerate and patient, asking frequently if I was comfortable. Kudos to Connie, Leslie, Marci, Ciara, Carol and Dr. Lulenski for making me feel good about making a decision to have these procedures.
